Wait a minute, who is being disadvantaged here? Because I am in the EU, I am being disadvantaged by X? No, wait. I am being disadvantaged by the EU! Why is an EU citizen NOT allowed to send screenshots with a report? Why is that? Why is an EU citizen disadvantaged in such a way that they cannot defend themselves against fakes and scams?
I have asked X several times: Why do you have to be so arrogant and not answer? Where is the justice for the victims? Where is the so highly praised protection of EU citizens? Why does the EU only collect millions in fines from X, while the damage occurs elsewhere (Telegram)?
Why am I, as an EU citizen, not even allowed to upload screenshots as evidence when reporting a fake? Why does the GDPR protect the data of the perpetrators rather than the safety of the victims?
Moment mal, wer wird denn hier benachteiligt? Da ich in der EU bin, werde ich von X benachteiligt? Nein, wartet. Ich werde von der EU benachteiligt! Warum darf ein EU-Bürger KEINE Screenshots mitschicken bei einer Meldung? Warum ist das so? Warum wird ein EU-Bürger derart benachteiligt, dass er sich nicht gegen Fakes und Scams wehren kann?
Ich habe X schon mehrfach gefragt: Warum müsst ihr so arrogant sein und nicht antworten? Wo bleibt die Gerechtigkeit für die Opfer? Wo bleibt der so hochgelobte Schutz der EU-Bürger? Warum kassiert die EU nur Millionen an Strafen von X, während der Schaden woanders (Telegram) entsteht?
Warum darf ich als EU-Bürger beim Melden eines Fakes nicht einmal Screenshots als Beweis mitschicken? Warum schützt die DSGVO eher die Daten der Täter als die Sicherheit der Opfer?
