X, die Plattform verstößt gegen Artikel 17 DSGVO
Massive Violation of EU Law by the Platform X!
Just now I received the message from my best girlfriend (@adriono_backup): X has informed her that her account remains permanently suspended and will not be restored.
The official suspension email from X – final and without justification
"Hello, Your account has been suspended due to multiple or repeat violations of our Rules. This account will not be restored. This case will now be closed and replies will not be monitored. Thanks, X"
With this, the platform X is massively violating EU law – specifically Article 17 of the GDPR: The right to erasure! The right of every EU citizen!
What does X think it's doing? These are our rights as EU citizens!

I myself have long since left this platform. A platform where EU women are only harassed by fakes. A platform where fakes fundamentally try to scam normal users out of their money.
X approves Nigerian fakes that all call themselves “Maye Musk”? X approves Nigerian fakes that call themselves “Elon Musk”? But normal users get suspended without any sense or reason?
My friend's “offense”: She has been happily married for over 14 years and lives with her husband in one apartment – the same Wi-Fi connection. For X, that is apparently spam! My impression: Elon Musk hates happy people. That's why he suspends them.
How pathetic is that?
X, Elon Musk and the X moderation should first read the linked GDPR pages carefully before treating normal EU women so miserably!
You can't imagine how much I enjoy every new day without an account on X! Life is worth living without this toxic platform.
Soon I will write about the Nigerian “Elon Musk” and “Maye Musk” who are currently overrunning X. I have screenshots of profile pictures, “About this account” and proof of how these fakes steal traffic from real users. Stay tuned – it's going to get exciting!

Gerade eben erreichte mich die Nachricht meiner besten Freundin (@adriono_backup): X hat ihr mitgeteilt, dass ihr Account permanent gesperrt bleibt und nicht wiederhergestellt wird.

Damit verstößt die Plattform X massiv gegen EU-Recht – konkret gegen Artikel 17 DSGVO: Das Recht auf Löschung! Das Recht jedes EU-Bürgers!

Ich selbst bin seit Langem nicht mehr auf dieser Plattform. Einer Plattform, auf der EU-Frauen nur noch von Fakes belästigt werden. Einer Plattform, auf der Fakes grundsätzlich versuchen, normale User um ihr Geld zu bringen.
X billigt nigerianische Fakes, die sich alle „Maye Musk“ nennen? X billigt nigerianische Fakes, die sich „Elon Musk“ nennen? Aber normale User werden ohne jeden Sinn und Verstand gesperrt?
Das „Vergehen“ meiner Freundin: Sie ist seit über 14 Jahren glücklich verheiratet und lebt mit ihrem Mann in einer Wohnung – dieselbe WLAN-Verbindung. Das ist für X offenbar Spam! Mein Eindruck: Elon Musk hasst glückliche Menschen. Deshalb sperrt er sie.
Wie schäbig ist das bitte?
X, Elon Musk und die X-Moderation sollten sich die genannten DSGVO-Links erstmal genau durchlesen, bevor sie normale EU-Frauen so mies behandeln!
Ihr könnt euch nicht vorstellen, wie sehr ich jeden neuen Tag ohne Account bei X genieße! Das Leben ist lebenswert ohne diese toxische Plattform.
Demnächst schreibe ich über die nigerianischen „Elon Musk“ und „Maye Musk“, die X gerade übervölkern. Ich habe Screenshots von Profilbildern, „About this account“ und Beweise, wie diese Fakes Traffic von echten Usern klauen. Bleibt dran – es wird spannend!
