„Daten gehören mir" – Python statt Plattformen

While x.com busies itself with data extraction since the new Terms of Service of 15 January 2026, we have real problems here. Keyword: chat control / data control. I mean, what do they even want to extract? I even deleted my offline diary from my Mac and write it by hand again. Because my data belongs to me. Not to X, and not to the EU either.

So I am always happy when I can pursue my hobby. Simply developing in VS Code. That keeps my mind agile. I wonder where all this will lead. The platforms extract data for their AI. The EU extracts data. But what do they actually need it from all citizens for? That cannot be right.

So I rather stick with Python when I can. I like working with Python, and because I can. My projects are well thought out and take on style. Can the "big players" claim the same of themselves? Style?

I wish you all a nice Saturday. I want to keep working on my tool. But what does "working" even mean here? I enjoy turning my ideas into Python.

Während x.com sich seiner Datenabsaugerei seit den neuen AGB vom 15.01.2026 widmet, haben wir hier wirkliche Probleme. Stichpunkt Chatkontrolle / Datenkontrolle: Ich meine, was wollen die absaugen? Ich habe sogar mein offline Diary von meinem Mac gelöscht und schreibe es wieder manuell. Weil meine Daten gehören mir. Nicht X und auch nicht der EU.

So freue ich mich immer, wenn ich meinem Hobby nachgehen kann. Einfach in VS Code entwickeln. So bleibe ich geistig gelenkig. Ich frage mich, wohin das alles noch führen wird. Die Plattformen saugen für ihre KI Daten ab. Die EU saugt Daten ab. Aber für was brauchen die die eigentlich von allen Bürgern? Das kann nicht richtig sein.

So bleibe ich lieber bei Python, wenn es mir möglich ist. Ich mag es mit Python zu arbeiten, und weil ich es kann. Meine Projekte sind durchdacht und nehmen Stil an. Können das die „großen Player“ auch von sich behaupten? Stil?

Ich wünsche Euch allen einen schönen Samstag. Will weiter an meinem Tool arbeiten. Aber was heißt hier arbeiten? Ich genieße es, meine Ideen in Python umzusetzen.
