On 18 December 2025 I sent a formal complaint to the Digital Services Act (DSA) authorities. Attached were screenshots and a detailed account of what happened to me.
X was only the entry point. The real pressure, the constant calls, the financial demands and the attempts to move everything to WhatsApp and Telegram happened outside of X.
During my cancer treatment I was harassed by people pretending to be Elon Musk and others. They demanded money, gift cards and access to accounts. When I was in hospital they still called. The German prosecutor’s office later closed the case. The DSA has never replied.
This page exists so that the original complaint and the evidence remain publicly documented.

Am 18. Dezember 2025 habe ich eine formelle Beschwerde an die Behörden des Digital Services Act (DSA) geschickt. Beigefügt waren Screenshots und ein ausführlicher Bericht darüber, was mir passiert ist.
X war nur die Einstiegsstation. Der eigentliche Druck, die ständigen Anrufe, die Geldforderungen und die Versuche, alles auf WhatsApp und Telegram zu verlagern, fanden außerhalb von X statt.
Während einer sehr anstrengenden Behandlung / Therapie wurde ich von Personen belästigt, die sich als Elon Musk und andere ausgaben. Sie verlangten Geld, Gutscheine und Zugang zu Konten. Als ich im Krankenhaus lag, riefen sie trotzdem an. Die deutsche Staatsanwaltschaft hat das Verfahren später eingestellt. Die DSA hat bis heute nicht geantwortet.
Diese Seite existiert, damit die Original-Beschwerde und die Beweise öffentlich dokumentiert bleiben.
